How Way Preschool collects, uses, and protects your information.

Way Preschool ("we," "our," or "us") is a ministry of Way Church located in Hillsboro, Oregon. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information gathered through our website at waypreschool.com.

We collect information you voluntarily provide through our online forms, including:

  • Tour requests — your name, child's age, email address, phone number, and preferred visit time.
  • Enrollment applications — child's name, date of birth, desired program, parent/guardian name and contact details, emergency contact information, and health/allergy notes.
  • Job applications — your name, contact information, position of interest, relevant experience, and references.

We do not collect payment card information directly. All payment data is handled by Stripe (see Section 5).

3. How We Use Your Information

Information submitted through our forms is used solely to:

  • Respond to tour requests and schedule visits.
  • Review and process enrollment applications.
  • Contact job applicants regarding open positions.
  • Communicate with families about their child's enrollment or account.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Forms & Email (Formspree)

Our contact and application forms are powered by Formspree, a third-party form service. When you submit a form, your data is transmitted securely to Formspree and forwarded to our staff email. Formspree stores submissions on their servers in accordance with their own Privacy Policy.

5. Online Payments (Stripe)

Online payments on this site are processed by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. When you click a payment button, you are directed to a Stripe-hosted checkout page.

  • Way Preschool and Way Church never see or store your full credit card number, CVV, or bank account details.
  • All payment data is encrypted and handled entirely by Stripe.
  • Stripe may collect certain technical information (such as your IP address and browser type) in accordance with their Privacy Policy.

6. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Way Preschool serves children ages 3–5, but our website is directed at parents and guardians — not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13.

Enrollment applications submitted by parents or guardians on behalf of their child may include the child's name, date of birth, and health information. This information is used solely for enrollment and care purposes and is kept confidential.

If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13 without parental consent, please contact us immediately at 503-828-5404 and we will promptly delete it.
